We offer all forms of general maintenance and log book servicing for all makes of trucks and trailers with the ability to use manufacturer specified parts and oil.

At Bundy Star we utilise the latest specialised diagnostic equipment to diagnose issues and faults on your vehicle. 

Bundy Star is authorised to carry out warranty repairs and recalls on Western Star, MAN, Dennis Eagle, Caterpillar & Fuso vehicles. 

Here at Bundy Star we strive to service our customers at all times, this means we have staff available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for breakdowns and spare parts.

We have licenced staff on site who can complete all measurements for HVRAS requirements. 

HVRAS stands for Heavy Vehicle Registration Assessment Scheme

The objective of the scheme is to provide people with accreditation to inspect heavy vehicles and trailers to ensure they comply with:

• dimensional limitations
• approved load sharing axle systems guidelines
• safe tyre limits
• vehicle identifiers (for example: engine number, vehicle identification number and chassis number).

We are licensed to carry out roadworthy certificates on vehicles 4.5T > 16T, vehicles > 16T  and trailers.

This inspection covers the basic vehicle safety standards for many components including:

• tyres
• brakes
• steering
• suspension
• body rust or damage
• windscreen
• lights.

Certificate of Inspection (COI) vehicles (such as heavy vehicles, buses, taxis and booked hire vehicles)  registered in Queensland may need to have a periodic or programmed inspection to check minimum vehicle safety standards. A COI is issued when the vehicle passes the inspection.

Owners of registered COI vehicles must have a current COI at all times, unless exempt.
